Found this on Craigslist. It looks like the logo on the hull says 193. Seller says it's a 1969, but it doesn't look like a flatback.

It appears to be a 19-1 Gull.

You can see the "pad" in the bottom of the boat in the back. Also the Gull has the console up on the casting deck a little in the front. The 19-1 Osprey had the console back a little.

only the 222's were available as a flatback,
you've got a 19-1 Gull there as someone else mentioned.
