Also our member Dirtwheels has done some very nice work and posted them on our site. Recently he did a 22-2 Mullet boat so take a look at that build (recently posted). Look in the rebuild forum.
First, Merry Christmas everyone... I think we all remember Kevins experience with HH earlier this year, at least I think it was Kevin; a disaster and Eugene had to fix it up. I can PM you Eugene's cell number, just give me a nod. He's still doing rebuilds. Just not sure what he's specializing in these days. He also recommended a new guy starting out that would be lower cost to do my '68 Whaler I just picked up. I can send you that info as well. I haven't talked to this fellow yet, but if Eugene recommended him then I trust the endorsement. Also our member Dirtwheels has done some very nice work and posted them on our site. Where are you located at? Eugene (Shipoke) was located in Safety Harbor, but he changed his business somewhat and partnered up with someone in Sarasota I believe. I don't think he performs rebuilds out of his Safety Harbor shop anymore. Plus he sold Shipoke, so you won't find him under that name. He does/did do top notch work though, so he would definitely be worth a call to see if he can help. Let me know if you need his number.Another option is Robb Young in Inglis. Robb builds great boats, and does great repair/rebuild work as well. He would definitely be worth a call.
