Aluminum Fuel Tanks: Alloy Metal Works
« on: July 09, 2012, 01:29:02 PM »
Alloy Metal Works is well known in the Classic Aquasport community. Captain John  (Gone Fission) discovered this firm years ago, and continues to recommend them. They have supplied many members who are similarly pleased. They do high-grade work, fast, and are a pleasure to deal with.

While sourcing a quality aluminum tank for our rebuild, they were the least expensive per capacity.  They also offer a choice of wall thickness.

Members have been impressed with quality, service, and expedient delivery.

Contact Phil at Alloy Metal Works, 888-549-9353, New York state.  Get your quote....strike your best deal....then a ten percent discount off that quote for Classic Aquasport members.

Just wanted to comment that the discount is still active...though in my case was rounded to something just shy of 10%. I think I got a 7.5% discount.  To be very fair: that was 7.5% off of the cheapest price I'd gotten (and I shopped 6 quotes) and the shipping was nothing more than him charging me exactly the shipping cost at UPS, down to the penny.

Very happy with the tank.  Was exactly as requested, looks to be of high quality, and if it lasts like the original then it'll be money very well spent, something like $10/year or so.

Be even happier if the boat elves would come on out of the marsh and install the thing for me while I sleep tonight!
