I have a close friend that has a 23 ft bow rider hull, with bunk trailer, euro transom, I/O(blown up)
...He broached the idea with me about a week ago about redoing the hull for fishing, coastal..that said, he is looking to keep the euro style transom but re-inforce it and add lower box and flotation to install an outboard(200-250hp)wants to cut the inside walls out at the mid-front and convert to center console..leaving the front seat area as is for the most part. Hull has a 72 gallon fuel tank in the floor, good shape...I'm leaning toward telling him to just find a C/C hull and re-do it if it needs it...that the cost of doing a build like this would run much more than just re-building a C/C hull...but I figured I'd throw the idea out here and see how the group bats it around
...
Thanks
