Question about a boat...

Question for anyone that mite know more about boats the me... I bought a 16' foot Proline (1975yr) and it has a 3.8L V-6 inboard in it can not find any info on this boat and its all original install. Does anybody know.

Ryan, is that little boat an I/B or an I/O?  It's a good possibility that someone in the last 35+ years converted it from an O/B to it's present configuration...

Thanks. They did some pretty awesome glass work, the transom only has one sheet of ply wood in and never been touched someone at proline must have built this boat for themselves or something.

With the transom only being a single layer of ply, that tells me it's an I/B.  I/B transoms don't need to be thick, as opposed to I/O or O/B transoms, as there is no drive going through it or motor hanging off it...
