Throwing my brand new 90 4stk on this 76 rebuilt aquasport, will it push it??
I have a 2013 suzuki 4stk, the last owner of my boat had a 150 on it but before that had a 90 on it.

Trey, first off, welcome aboard Classic Aquasport :thumright:

Your link didn't copy...so please tell us your model. From the clues, reckon its a 19-6.

I would first like to say thank you guys for having a website linking so many individuals so passionate about there boat.  I just got a 1979 20'6 aquasport!!!  I love it!  I threw a 90 hp suzuki 4 stroke on it and it pushes it fine.  I can get it running at 30mph at about 5100 rpms.  In the process of restoring all the cosmetics but my next issue is the gas tank.  I need to either replace it or clean it out.

Trey a 90 on that boat seems alittle weak especially if you start putting any weight in the boat like people or gear, you will really be working that motor, I'm sure that's why the PO put a 150 on it.

Thanks for the replies.  Just to give you guys an update I get 30mph out of it.  It runs at 5100 rpms throttle down.  Its not gonna chase anyone down but it does a good job.  Next goal is to clean the internal gas tank out..
