REPAIRING INTERIOR CRACKS OF REAR HATCHES

My rear hatches have developed cracks as shown in the pictures on the bottom surfaces.  I want to seal them back up so that no rot occurs.  Suggestions?  Assistance.  Thanks in advance.

Thought they had attached...trying to get them into the string now.
