19-1 aquasport hull

have a 19-1 aquasport  sitting on a roller trailer i noticed where the boat is sitting on the rollers the hull is pushing upwards from years of sitting perhaps any ideas on how to fix it, may be causing the porpoising problem i have had since i got the boat last year thx mike
