Almost Scallop Time!

Just saw that scallop season was moved up a couple days to June 29th.  Woohoo! :cheers:  :cheers:  :cheers:

Awesome!  Last year was actually pretty good up here.  According to the survey, there are twice as many this year.  I'm liking that!

Sorry for not updating...yes, we went on Saturday and limited out pretty quick.  They are plentiful, but pretty small.  And we did get wet, both above and below the surface.  Crazy weather lately.  We are about to head out again...will let you know how it goes.

Yup, they're still out there.  Left the dock a little after 9, had our limit by noon.  It's a good scallop year, and I think this weather is keeping some people away (but not too many - still alot of boats out there).
