I have a 1999 175 osprey I need to know if there is anyway to get replacement center console hatches or how to repair wont stay closed and cracked around bezel and also is there anywhere to get a replacement guage cluster panel.

The vacu-formed console storage unit on the lower console face? Fugedaboutit, just aren't around anymore.  You are by far not the first to ask about that insert...

The gauge panel?  MCL in Ft. Pierce is your best bet...http://www.themarineconnection.net/

It's the mold building process, Bryan.  Typically a plastics manufacturer will charge around $5K for a mold such as the 200/175 Osprey insert.  Then it's up to the buyers to re-coup that investment...more buyers, cost is reduced until the break even point...which takes a lot of boats.  It just an't worth it, unless someone has the facility and the $$ to build one and basically donate the parts.  Some people might pay $200 for the insert, but then you would need 25 buyers to recoup the cost of the mold...
