Where to buy / find steering cable for Osprey 17.5?

I have an Osprey 17.5 that is VERY DIFFICULT to steer.  After some preliminary poking around, based on instructions / tips provided by Rick, we are now in search of a steering cable for my 17.5 Osprey.  

Is there a particular place / store / website to find this?

Also, is there a manual for this boat?
