Rubrail size for CCP?
« on: April 05, 2013, 09:21:09 AM »
Won't be home for a couple of days so I was wondering if anyone knows what size rubrail is on the CCP?  I need new end caps and not sure which ones to get.  I was thinking the size would be somewhere around 1 3/4"??  I would assume it was the same size for the Family Fisherman, Sandpipper, XF, etc.?

Here is what mine looks like.  It is the original one.

Looks like my answer is here.

My rubrail has shrunk as well and I don't think the caps made by Taco will be able to cover the ends.  Bill, it looks like we need the ones from TH Marine part #ECMW-2.

I won't have much of a chance today to look for them, so if you figure out where to get them before I do just let me know.

I think this is what we need Bill.

http://greatlakesskipper.com/en_us/th-m ... cmw-2-pair

They have them with or without the holes.  I choose the ones without because chances are they won't line up with the original holes.  The shipping is a little high  but these things are hard to find.

If you want to wait until I get mine, I will let you know if they work or not.  I think they will but I don't want to give you any wrong info.

Hope you get all your cars out today
