Fuel Tank?
« on: April 27, 2006, 10:24:53 PM »
So I removed all of my bolt-in parts today, including my fuel tank.

Anyone need a tank to fit under a CCof a stock 71 Flatback?  If so, PM me... I will trade for a case of good beer.

Also- what did you guys do with the defunct outboards you removed from your boats?

Does the dump accept a 150 Johnson?  :?

Progress looking good!

Maybe put an ad in the local paper for the motor.  Somebody could use it for parts.

If you ever want to get rid of your under gunnel rod holders, let me know.

Progress looks good.

I have heard that some folks donate their old outboards to local Voc schools for the kids to learn on.

I sold my '82 Johnson 175hp for $300 in a quick sale.

Compression was good and foot was good, but everything looked bad.

Really?  Excellent... I will list it and see what happens.  I never thought there was a market for an old junk motor.  Thanks!

On a separate note, I am looking forward to cutting out my floor this weekend!

Anyone know where to get cheap tyvek suits?
