:batman: ok, I am back from my journey to acquire life jackets from this guy, met him at around 2:25 at the address he supplied me with, a used car lot that is full or cars for sale but closed. I turn on my camera video and start recording, camera pointed away so I basically get just audio."In a NutShell"......we meet, check out the life vests and exchange money and goods.I then ask him if he has anything else for sale, he says yes, a GARMIN 188c 2004 model. I tell him "that's a pretty old model", he agrees then says he has it for sale on Craigs list for 150 bucks, tells me that he saw them online for sale for 800 bucks with the wires and mounts. I told him that must have been a mistake.....and he agreed. He then tells me he was once offered 150 for it and he should have took it He then asked what I thought it was worth, I told him 50 to 75 bucks untested and without any accessories. I looked down at the rest of the cash in my hand and told him I had a little flats boat I could use it on, but all I have is 50 left, he says he needs at least 100. I pull 35 more dollars out of my back pocket for a total of 85 and he agrees to sell it for that. I just have to follow him down the road to his place......I follow him and half way there he stops and rolls down his window and says he can't sell it for the 85 bucks. I tell him to txt me if he changes his mind. but I have my extra life vests and a chuckle in my belly I also have a 1 gig video on my phone I need to get off and onto my puter for editing
