Title: Winterizing my 1998 175 with 2008 90hp etec ?

I'm not sure how to winterize my 2008 evenrude etec since the 175 that I just purchased has a 1998 bombardier binnacle control with no fast idle button on the handle. It does have a button just to the right of the throttle on top of the control, about 1 inch square. Can anyone tell me if this is the fast idle button or if not what is it for.
