A little background, pulled the tank three years ago when we bought the boat, and all was fine (1984 250XF, aluminum tank). The boat spent it's previous time in semi fresh water. In my three years owning the boat, it has been in Cape May NJ. We pulled the coffin cover last week to find excessive salt crystals on top of the tank. After a little research, it is the "crevice corrosion" issue. Took the tank to a local welding shop and it is springing leaks everywhere (pin holes). I know I can have a new aluminum tank fabricated. I would prefer to have a poly tank fabricated to eliminate this issue. Does anybody know where I can get a poly tank fabricated to match the existing aluminum belly tank?
Thank you,

These guys make custom plastic tanks. Not cheap! May be worth a try. I have some friends get them to make special water tanks for their Airstream trailers.
