Title: yamaha 704 binnacle control replacement

My old 95 704 was looking bad.
I bought a like new 704 to clean up the console.
No manual.
Anyone know how to install?
Should I just have my mechanic do it?
Throttle cables were new last spring.

Just looking for how to, I can then decide if I can do :?:
