Just installed a pair of ScarabChris' spreader lights. If you are thinking about adding spreaders to your T-Top or Hardtop, they are THE way to go! Yeah, they are a bit pricey, but they are well worth the price, the construction is top notch, and they light up the cockpit like it is daytime!

'92 HydraSports 21WA...and if you know how to take them apart, it is actually pretty easy...
With the livewell module removed and out of the way...
And with her removable tubs in both corners out of the way...
She got a complete re-wire, so here is her new helm...
Once this "enclosure" was removed, the helm was comfortable to do...

Under her skin, she's pretty much new stem to stern...

Looks great Bob,and all that stuff is removable, that's some engineering there, had to make life easier on you.
-
Nice and clean work Bob :thumright:
-
Thank you gentlemen, you guys know I love to do this stuff...
Scott, if you really want to open up access to the back side of your helm, cut as big a hole as will fit in the b/head behind your helm, and install an access hatch, not that pissant little pie. Also drop down your gauge panel, this allows you to work the wiring from both the front and the back, you can really clean it up with that kind of access.
Once I got a serious look at this HydraSports, figured out I could yank out that livewell module, I realized that this was an I/O model to begin with, then HS designers decided to incorporate a bracket mount O/B to the lineup. The livewell module is almost to a tee what an engine box for an I/O would be...

Say it every time.....very organized, very clean. Your customers enjoy value received.

most of my neighbors hate us, i cant even have the boat in the driveway or street hooked to the truck without someone calling code enforcement on us. they also yell when i am working on the truck or boat past 7pm or before 9am
