Title: 1986 222XF fuel tank needed
Post by: johne on May 23, 2010, 05:36:45 PM
I bought my 222XF without a fuel tank and have been useing plastic above deck tanks. It was OK with my 150 but I just changed to a 225 and man is this motor thirsty! Does anyone have the dimensions and hose configurations? I would like to have a replacement made and would rather have the real measurements then just the coffin size. Thanks!

I can't seem to track down the actual dims for your model tank. It is the same size as the 222CCP (85 gal) and since both hulls are identical, the dims will be the same.

I'd start here and give Phil a call. He may very well have built an 85 gal replacement and have the dims you need. Also, GF's tank may be the same also and maybe he can help.

Good luck.
