Title: What Outboard do you run?
Post by: Kaczki on June 06, 2007, 02:45:17 PM
About a year ago I made a poll asking everybody what kind of outboard they ran.  Like an idiot however I forgot to include Yamaha as an option, even though I have a 25hp Jap Mariner (Yamaha) on my aluminum boat. Hopefully this poll covers all the bases.

Can I vote more than once?  I have Honda O/B kicker, Mercruiser I/O and Chrysler I/B.

I'll have the same problem with 2 different motors. Don't think you can vote more than once though.  I'll check.
Edit: I checked and found out only that you could have 10 items on the poll.  No other info that I can find. Sorry.

His question was "What kind of Outboard?" - so you only get to vote once

Protest!!!!!!! You forced me to read. I found it. I want all ballots recouunted. I was going to vote for Gorerude but you guys made it difficult by placing Bushury and Buchananda ahead of it and there were not any pictures either.

Back in the old days everyone was in the game.  Neptune was made by Muncie Gear Works.

Force would be #1 on a different poll- "Worst outboard ever made in the History of the World"

Muncie Gear Works also made an outdrive.  It looks like an OMC, but has MGW cast on the back...

Was Force made by Mercury marine?  Why is it considered a poor motor?
