Surfnturf, I tried to reply to your contact but the email address you have here on the site (*.comcast.net) is not longer valid at comcast.  You can update your email address in your profile. If you have problems let me know by posting in this topic.

Hi Rick,
I'm not sure why the Comcast one did not work, it is current.  I did go ahead and change the profile to an alternate email to try that?

Both the comcast and icloud failed - says "The following address(es) failed"
Create a disposable email acct like on gmail.
