Title: Aquasport 222 flat back shell or hull question

The actual hull is all fiberglass correct? no wood?? I can not remember...??

The transom has wood and the floor is end grain balsa encapsulated in fiberglass. The stringers are fiberglass filled with foam.

Thanks Rick! Great info. The outside shell of the hull was all fiberglass over a mold correct?

Yup, made from a mold - this includes the flatback. There is a pic or two of the actual build up from the mold but I can't find it.  Maybe our Moderator can.

Do you have one your getting started to rebuild? Lets see some photos  :cheering2:

I'm deep in the middle of a flatback 222 rebuild (amongst many others  :41:) and my starting point was reading the old rebuild threads as time allowed. There are a lot of great photos and specific details that will help guide you through. You can see them here :
