Title: 2001 Osprey 215 Sport Rear Deck Hatch

Just wanted to post that I found one that fits the bill.  I purchased a Five Oceans FO-2347 Marine Access Hatch and it fits and looks great.  Other than having to drill new mounting screw holes and trimming the deck opening a little in the hinge area the hatch fits great.  It can be purchased directly from FIVEOCEANS or from them through Amazon and was only $70-80.   Pictures to follow when the boat gets uncovered.

Specs:
Outside Dimensions: 15-11/16" x 12-7/8" (398mm x 327mm)
Inside Dimensions: 11-1/8" x 8-1/4" (282mm x 209mm)
Cutout: 12-1/2" x 9-11/16" (317 mm x 246 mm) x 1" (25 mm) (hatch hinges)
Low Profile at 3/8" (10mm) above the mounting surface. Intrusion below deck: 3/4" (19mm)
