I have a 2001 Osprey 215 Sport but others should be the same. I popped this open the other day to take a look at the O-ring. It looked al compressed and water is getting in on top off the tank, but also noticed something else. The screws used to hold the frame to the deck are panhead or oval type and aren't allowing this cover to screw all the way down. Anyone know what is on your boat?

I would think the frame holes are countersunk so you would not want a pan or round head style screw. They are flat on the bottom and are used for non-countersunk holes. A flat or oval head screw would be the choice, as it has a tapered bottom, assuming the frame holes are countersunk. I use ovals on most deck plates. Just me.

They might be ovals but they do stick up a bit. I can see scratches on the underside of the cover making me think its not screwing down all the way and not allowing the O-ring to do its thing. The round access panel in the lower part of the photo looks like its original but I could be wrong.

Anybody know what size O-ring goes in there and a good place to get them?

Those screws on both the round frames turned out to be ovals. I'm going to try some flat heads.
Anyone know what size to O-ring is on these?

If you are referring to the deck lid, is there a manufacturer name on the underside? If so, that is your best source. If not, next step would be to "measure" the o-ring and search on line.
This may be helpful in determining the size you need.

Found T-H Marine on the bottom of the round ones and ordered them already. Not sure what I'm going to do about the rectangular one cause it's missing and I can't find one that matches. Looks like a cutting board there now.
