Hi All,

Been a while since my last post on here, but looking at finally closing up that transom and going from twin Johnson 130's to a single 250 fourstroke. Interested if anyone has specs or experience of building a flotation extension like an Armstrong pod for this hull.

I am based in the UK and delivery/ import on top of buying the unit is really expensive. So if anyone has worked this out themselves I would be really interested.

Well I now have the Suzuki DF250, but the transom flotation pod will have to wait a little longer. I can't wait to see the difference in the feel of the boat after moving from twin 130hps at 170kg each to a single weighing 250-275 kg.
Would love to hear if someone knows a good place to have a transom bracket made to match the hull?
