Title: Under Gunnel Nylon Insert

I have a 1998 17.5 and looking for these inserts for the rod-holders, any help would be appreciated.

Found these online, might need to custom fit them.

Thanks FH, I did run across those too on my hunt tho I had a issues with the item was not 1" deep only 1/2 and there's wood that I really don't want to get wet (photo shown)  suggestions on I guess I could run a small beed of resin on the wood and prevent any water getting inside (rinsing down etc) If anyone knows or has taken this apart is this area could i go with this 1/2 Tailpiece length?  The 1" Tailpiece length covered this....(again please see photo)  suggestions.
