I have a lot of water coming from around the top of the lower unit in areas that I don't think it should be. Take a look at my video and let me know what you think

Water tube connects to top of water pump housing. This has either become disconnected, partially dislodged, or the water tube itself is leaking. If water is pissing out of telltale then the tube/pump connection is intact. If it’s not pissing you should not run engine. I’d drop the lower unit and inspect.

This photo is neither a Johnson 115 or circa 1980 but....

The water pump layout might be similar to this. The tube that Jason refers to fits in the hole at the rear of the pump housing (white). Be sure to inspect the tube for corrosion (as stated above), due to its age, up in the middle unit. It may be somewhat difficult to see and require removal/replacement.
Good luck. :thumright:
