Picked up a 225 Osprey cheap last fall that's been wrapped and on a rack for over 2 years.
Had it trucked home but since in the North East I didn't want to unwrap it, so limited on what I can do.
Put a door on it and got inside, very pleased with the interior since I had never seen it. Solid all around and didn't see any major problems. The fish box hatch has to be repaired so pulled it today to start the process.
Seems the top she'll cracked and is lifting, the inside the crack seems solid. Thinking I'm going to finish cutting off the top and reattach/glass the seam. The underside is solid without any damage.
Any suggestions on the best way to do this? I'm pretty handy but haven't done glass in very long time.

Ok I'll need to re-read Ricks post about posting pics, thanks Capt. Bob
Well I cut the top skin off of one side of the fish box cover and the insides were all delaminated.
So I took it gutted it and will keep working on it.

The best way is to do it from the bottom and use a cutoff wheel to cut around the perimeter of the backing/core, peel the backing/core off, grind the leftovers off and recore it. Then glass it back in.
Seeing your pics, I'd clamp the cover down on a flat surface non-skid down, and figure how to get the core out (like I mentioned above) and then repair the damage to the lid from the inside with more glass and then recore. Try to do all the repair work so you minimize what is needed to repair the top side.
