I just purchased a 29 Tournament Master which happens to have a Guest 15 AMP battery charger/converter, model 2515. I doubt it was original equipment but does anyone have any experience with this unit. Is is a good one? Will it overcharge my two batteries if I keep in on and hooked to shore power or is it self controlled, sensing the charge on the battery and going to a trickle charge? Fighterpilot

This is as close as I could find for your charger. The 2515 model appears to be obsolete but this manual should be of help:

...and here is Guest's homepage:

One note of caution: if you plan on using the unit, have it checked out before you use it. If there is a problem with it, better to have a bench test find it than have your batteries find it. Guest is a veteran manufacturer of marine chargers, explosion-proof switches, etc. for the marine market and have a good reputation.

The Guest 2515 is an automatic charger/power supply. You can leave it plugged in continuosly and it will keep the batteries charged as well as providing DC power while the boat is connected to Shore Power. It should not overcharge your batteries. The Guest chargers are good units and usually have sealed cases. Guest chargers have a good reputation for reliability.

No, never flew one. It was a nickname in high school. Last name is Wartman. :)

The ugliest and most cool airplane there is.

Yup, the "Flying Holster" - one kick-butt plane. Used to watch them do their live fire training in Germany - awesome.

Ct has some Air National Guard A-10's stationed at Bradley Field in Windsor Locks. I see them occasionally flying down the Ct River. An A-10 has a very distinctive sound... you can hear it coming long before you see it.
