Title: Adding a livewell question

I'm still searching for a boat to purchase that's going to be used mostly for fishing with a lot of live bait.  Can on of these livewells be added without tearing out the entire deck on a 2000, 200?

 I'm looking at putting it behind the lean post.

Is it possible to cut a small hole in the deck and run the plumbing under the deck?  Is it hollow below the aft deck area? 

I searched the site multiple times but couldn't seem to come up with anything related to a livewell install like this.
