Hey guys recently purchased a 19-1 that had no motor and bought a 2002 115 Suzuki to put on it did my first test yesterday and could only get 5600  RPMS at 32 mph the prop is a power tech stainless 21p  am I over proped? Thanks

That seems a bit low. that would be about 74% efficient. not too good. check your motor height on the transom. Might be to low in the water and need to raise it. Also double check the pitch on the prop.  Just to get an idea, if your motor is in fact 2.59 gear ratio, then your speed at 5600rpm with that prop and 100% efficiency should be around 42 MPH.
