Been in the market for a windshield for my 72 170 ... Was just about to pull the triger on a UPD plastics when i found a guy on ebay that makes a very nice shield for about half the price , his ebay name is william.a.pitts and hes based in Florida ... Made me a custom size and shipped it super fast , thought I would pass along this info in case anyone else is looking for a windshield :thumleft:

I got one of his for my last project, a 170, he had 2 prices depending on thickness. Can't remember how much, just that it was better than anything else I found. He was advertising on n fla Craigslist.

Hi all,
Total newb here, just bought an 82 Osprey 170 from a friend a few months ago and the windshield was in terrible shape. I had a new one made at Cesany Plastics in Fort Lauderdale and they did an excellent job for $200. In addition, I was able to choose the color and I went with a light smoke as I never liked the amber tint. If you're in the South Florida area, I can definitely recommend them.
