Hello I am newbie to these outboards I bought them a couple months ago from a guy In the Tampa Bay Motors have good compression But the starboard engine doesn't start spray gas into the throttle bodies The motor fires up but does not keep running also when I turn the key switch I don't hear the fuel pump cycle the fuel pump does have power to it . I also tried jumping the fuel pump the fuel pump does work but the engine still doesn't run anyone know what controls the electric fuel pump or does it go through the harness any help would be much appreciated. I even tried switching the computer And switching the main wire harness and nothing changed.

Fuel pump is triggered by ground. B+ is always there with key on. Pump is probably bad.

Double check your LP pumps. I had the same situation and I thought the HP pump was bad but turned out to be the LP pumps. Sounds like you do have an issue with the HP pump wiring if you can jump it and it works. If it still won't stay running check your LP pumps.
Just unbolt the LP pumps from the powerhead and pump your fuel bulb with your hand on the back of the LP pump. If you feel gas LP pump is most likely bad. Typically, you won't get much more than one season out of the LP pumps.
