Title: '97 Ex. 215 cockpit enclosure starting with 4 corner posts?

Greetings: l'm looking for metal fabrication and maybe some advise on canvas work. I would like to put a canvas enclosure on our 1997 Ex.215. However, instead of the usual bimini,  I would like the framework built from 4 corner posts. Perhaps, I could give the specs to a fabricator and they could ship me the pieces for assembly ( like wall tent joints?) The 2 sides and aft could be rolled up allowing for better visibility and fishing access.
