Title: Am I missing a cover?

It looks like I'm missing a cover but I'm not sure.  If I am, how hard is it to replace?

Yes, you are missing the front cover on your "Tower of Power" Merc.  You can pick one up on eBay or you may find one in a salvage shop:

The guy had the front cover so now my Merc is complete!
