Looks just like mine...  except my PO tried to fix it by putting a non stainless screw into the insert.  So I have a nice rusty broken off screw head!

Replaced mine last summer.  It feels good to look at the boat and not see the rub rail popped out like that.

If you didn't want to replace that just now, couldn't you just make a nice clean cut thru it and glue it back in place. There would probably be a space between the two ends but it would look better then what it looks like now.

Mine did the same thing.
Bob helped me get the right fit replacement.
The new insert makes all the difference in the world, really a clean look now.

If you want to replace it, I think your only options are black or white, as the grey is no longer made.  I opted for the white - here is a link to my thread with pictures of how it turned out.

Bryan opted for the black.  Hopefully he can post some pics of his so you can compare.  I think either will look good (and certainly better than the existing with respect to the pulpit area), so it just comes down to personal preference.
