It's built back really strong! I'm really happy with how its turned out structurally so far. I finished tabbing the inside of the stringers and the thru drain at the back of the stringers so I Started to fill the stringers with foam on Saturday. It started to rain and cool down so i put foaming on hold till this weeks warmer weather.

Rickk, the hull side coring added less than 120lbs to the hull weight .....1 pail of resin (45lbs), about 15-20lbs in 1708 glass (one layer), I would guess about 15-20lbs of foam sheets (scrimmed and scored), and about 30lbs of Arjay 4001 Core Bond.

I forgot to post on this and thought it might be useful for builds using hull side coring....

The upper 2 inches of the hull sides (rub rail area) needed to be thickened due to the 3/8'' coring protruding past and the need of something for the cap to screw to (I have decided to ditch the original liner) so I used some core mat I had laying around cut in 2'' strips. I used 2 layers capped with a layer of 1708. I used a drape cloth over the 3/8'' coring to protect/prevent resin spilling all over the coring.

Really Happy with how it turned out!

Stringers filled and capped with 2 layers of 1808.Got my material delivery : 4 Pails Poly Resin, Gelcoat (3 Pails), foam (5gal), acetone (5gal) and fairing compound (pail) so its go time!

The casting deck underside gelcoat on the areas that will be exposed inside have been gel coated with new ice blue gelcoat. I will be spraying some final coats on the bins when the temps warm up and glassing them to the underside to set the casting deck in the hull.

Got some final gelcoat on the casting deck storage bins. Time to glass them in place and insulate the fish box.
