Not the answer your looking for but I have seen the Mercury 3.0 four cylinder 150HP on a 19-6 (same as 200) and a 222.  Performs very well and is light for a four stroke.  One of them had well over 2000 hours on it.

I personally would hang an Etec on it.  Not sure if your looking at used or new...  They have a killer warranty offer going right now on new ones.  Used ones will connect right up to your existing engine harness and steering.

yes. Mine was just run yesterday. I raised the deck 4 inches and with that my scuppers are only an inch above the waterline. My advice would be to go with the Suzuki 140 or merc 135? I think. The 150 is heavy and well worth it but without modification you are gonna have some serious swamping issues.

I replaced my 93' Ocean Runner with a Zuke DF-140B on my 2001 Osprey 200 in October. Fantastic combination. Scuppers are still well above the water (it only added about 40lbs) and it seems perfectly matched to the boat. I get around 43mph at 6100rpm which is what I got out of the Johnny. Cruise at 32ish is at 4800 with passengers and a half tank. The quietness and the fuel consumption are amazing. I know this is an old post, but it might help for future folks considering repowers with Suzuki. The 150 would have added over 100lbs which would have dunked my scuppers fishing from the stern. Not worth it.

Hi, I'm looking at this same motor, for an 89 Osprey, I take that it's a stock hull with no modifications, did you go with power steering? I'd love to see a few pictures of how she looks with that motor setup, also what gages did you go with?  sorry for all the questions but love to see any pictures if you have any.

I would get the DF-140. Less weight, burns less gas. Great combo on a 20 footer
