Doherty8, that plan sounds good on the lam schedule.

Also a little off topic from glassing but when I put the floor in should I keep the cable-dugout on the side and just cut the wood to conform around it or remove it and use new 3" pvc piping to route all wires/cables?

The decision for how you run cables and wiring to the back of the boat is a personal one. The trough was a good design and it was to keep the bilge dry, no way for water to get into the bilge. The down side is that the trough and it's contents gets funky from water sitting in it.
I decided to run pipe and that ended up being a lot of work, which involved building cabinets in the corners for all that stuff to exit to the motor and all the stuff around the motor. You can see how I did it by looking through my rebuild in this forum.

Been awhile since the last post, but I've been working on the boat here and there. Have a photo dump and feel free to leave comments/criticism, helps me and others reading.

I put thickened epoxy in the void where the old wet wood used to be in the deck all around the cutout area, probably not cost effective or necessary but made me feel better.

Backing plate for the underside of the deck that will beef up the console and the t-top that will be connected to the console. Couldn't fit backing plates under the t-top legs that would be directly over the stringers.

Wow, that's a bunch of progress. So what's left?

The boat's in the shop right now, I got the necessary wires laid out and did some accessory wiring, then got to the wiring harness/ignition/control box/gauges and got overwhelmed. Wiring's never been my thing so I let a pro take care of that.

Once I get the boat back hopefully tomorrow, it's just hardware stuff like installing the rest of the console screws, t-top, getting a bunch of 5200 and sealing things I want sealed. I figure the rest of it is stuff I can do while enjoying the boat.

Future things will be redoing the wood framing on the side cutouts, using the rest of the kiwigrip to paint the front hatches non-skid, and of course the never ending maintenance that comes with having a boat.
