Continuous improvement
« on: June 06, 2015, 02:18:07 PM »
Just keep adding to the boat to make it right. Replaced the rub rail insert and just added trim tabs. i need to fill some holes and relocate the nav lights. Any tips on how to fill in some holes from where the original nav lights was and thru bolt holes?

Sounds like you're making her ready for the prom  :88):
Not sure what kind of light(s) you had but if I remember right mine had a good size hole for the wire to pass through (maybe 1/2") plus two screw holes.  Yours the same?
Depending on how it looks you could use Marine tex or you could mix up some thickened resin if you have those materials handy.

Post up some pix and we can better advise you.

Yeah the 1/2 inch holes and some thru holes where the cleats were. Got pics in the gallery under 200 osprey section. Going to try the marine Tex......
