Like how you left the little bit of hanging liner/foredeck intact to build back to. That is a step that most rebuilders (including us) overlook.

Rather than trash it, which is the norm...the rebuilder has the option to save and reinstall if desired.

You probably were unaware, but the forward casting deck hatches...which you kept intact...we have the lid molds up here, original diamond non-skid parts.

Also see that the gunnel cap was removed, and guess re-cored.

She is beautiful. As mentioned before, interested in the year.

Please tell us about all of the circular holes in the transom to begin with...ease of extraction?

The boat is a 1979. And the wholes in the transom were where we had to cut out because the previous owner didnt get a good bond between the original transom and the new foam transom that was done. So we filled the gap with resin and re glassed over the whole thing with multiple layers. You can see in the pictures where there is a small gap at the bottom of the holes.

With four people in the boat it cruises at 30 mph at 4000 rpm. At 5000 rpm it runs 38-40 mph with four people. Runs like a champ and cant beat the ride.

Beautiful boat, great job! Putting a Yammie 150 on mine, glad to know its plenty of power. How high is the platform of your tower off the floor? Looks about 5 feet?

The 150 will be perfect. Can't beat the fuel economy. But yes the platform on the tower is about five-six feet. Didn't want to go to a Folding tower but still wanted the height.
