Definitely not a lost cause. Just take it a step at a time. Get some cradles built that support the hull without twist or hook in the bottom. Then get your transom built. Make sure it is symmetrical and maintains the original lines. After your transom is installed, double check that nothing has shifted and your hull is square. Then laminate in your stringers. Finally, make sure that you get fair curves when you build your cap. This skips lots of steps, but outlines the key things to consider when keeping your hull’s shape. Would it have been easier to take the demolition in steps rebuilding as you go? Yes. Can you successfully complete this rebuild? Yes.
