Has anyone kept track of how many cubic feet of pourable foam it takes to fill a stringer in a 22-2 ?

I am about to be refoaming stringer myself and found that online calculators will be our friend. Just google Trapezoidal volume calculator and should pop up. See below example

I used the same math calculator site when I filled mine got me pretty close. But be sure to get extra as the expansion of the two part foam depends on temp, how long the foam has been sitting around a warehouse, how quickly you pour it out of the mixing bucket, how much is wasted from too big of a pour, and probably other things I don't know about. Or call Walter White and get the chemistry perfect.
