+1 for Petit and blasting. I got mine soda blasted. Good result. Barrier coat? Not sure if it'll need doing. In theory the existing antifoul should be considerably softer that the barrier coat, so it should be apparent if the barrier coat is compromised or damaged.

It's hard to tell what this is - a 250Osprey ('cept they didn't make one in 87)? A 271 Osprey? Around this time AS made some "one-of"s. They made a 280/281 Osprey in '88/89 but that thing was a beast. They also made a 270 Osprey.
It could be a 280... Doesn't quite look the profile though. Notice the beam - 9' 7.5"

It's not an XF - here is what one of them look like

My 19-1 liner was attached at the top with bonding putty.... for like the top 4"... it was a mess to take out, destroyed the liner.

My '71 liner was only attached at the top by the rub rail screws, it stops just short of the cap. At the bottom it's a continuous part of the deck/glassed.
Just a small 1/4" at most gap between the liner and hull side. Seems they had a mold for the liner and deck when constructed.

You might look under the rub rail on the port side toward the aft.
