Torque Spec 90hp 2000 Johnson Steering Arm SHAFT NUT

Looking for info on the torque spec for the bottom large nut on the bottom of the steering arm shaft. Not in my SELOC manual, and having trouble finding it online. Probably bc of the minimum amount of people that have actually replaced this part.
