thank you!   Its a panga console and leaning post we actually raised the leaning about 7" after the picture was taken. Wasn't able to see the bow when sitting

Hard to tell from the photos, what's the setback of the bracket?  24" or 30"?  How much does the motor weigh?  Were there any measures taken to move weight forward?  In addition to the weight of the motor you also have the the livewell on the transom which appears to be 30-35 gallons. I recommend going with the lightest motor you can find. Have you considered 2 stroke power or the new Mercury 150 4S?  These boats are not meant to go fast, they ride best at 30-35 mph.

It's a 26" set back plus a 4" jack plate . I was thinking a 200 etec would be my best bet. 433 pounds .  The f250 is 608 pounds .  And we moved the fuel tank forward and the console  forward.

No go on the 608 lbs. At 433 lbs the etec is your best bet but don't forget to factor in the weight of the jackplate. You're going to need trim tabs. With the livewell empty it should ride well, with it full you going to have to use the tabs.  Looking forward to the finished product and how she performs.

I need 2 hatches /doors I was thinking about the star board ones . Just want them to be nice . Any input.
