I have a 200 ccp which I put a new floor in last year. Never finished  the  edges or painted the floor. It has a solid transom and a 2000 Mercury optimax  with 600 hours. Brand new batteries, pumps deck hatches etc. Has coffin box as well..as a brand new igloo marine  cooler.  Sitting on a decent tandem aluminum trailer with a couple new tires.
