Looking for the fuse location that controls the toggle switches on center console. Shorted a ground wire and now nothing works, thinking it must be a burnt fuse.

Look for at least a 10GA wire coming either off the battery switch or directly off the battery (no switch), that will be the feed for the helm. Follow that, and you should either run into a breaker on an in-line fuse. A little dinky short like touching 2 16GA wires together won't trip/blow it, but a hefty short will...
