Hard to say B...the only way to know would be a series of multi-second shots...like on CSI.

She did have a look of embarrassed concentration however.

In order to get the female perspective, I just asked my wife her opinion.

She said that the suspect was cupping her hand and whispering to someone...most likely talking chit on the guy at the helm (that would be her husband) for looking at a boat with "four of those motors"
