That's going to be some nice shop!  You going with steel frame?

Those look like apples.  I prune mine that way... keep them low for easier picking and open in the middle to get sunlight evenly into the tree.

Yes, steel  building. We are cherry growers.Thats exactly the way we prune jim,if the center of the tree isnt opened up,the pickers cant get the ladders into it to pick centers out.Also restrictions on ladder height  keeps topping trees to 16 Ft.
